Hello, and welcome to our website! My name is Scott Maricle and I am the owner of Tales and Trails Sport Shop. I founded Tales and Trails 12 years ago on the premise of providing quality products and expertise to the outdoor sports-minded Minnesota community.

We are located in Zimmerman Minnesota , 20 miles north of Minneapolis , on Highway 169…the gateway to the “North country”. Tales and Trails are proud to provide a full assortment of hunting, fishing and archery products. Beyond our product offerings however is our commitment to service. As avid outdoorsman (and women) our staff “Talks the Talk” and “Walks the Walk” in ensuring your outdoor experience is perfect in every detail.

We offer a full service 20 yard archery range with 11 indoor lanes. Our skilled professional shooting staff is on hand to provide shooting tips, techniques or formal lessons by the hour. In addition, some of the top shooters in the state call Tales and Trails their "home" range.
